This proposal introduces a video and sound installation in which I plan to present 10 select videos with people barking (from a pool of 20 recorded pieces). The project is called "Twenty Angry Dogs". Each video depicts a single person barking, intentionally angry or anxious. The selection will contain a variety of people in regard of their gender, age, race, and profession.
I envision the project to be viewed in either a circle or two aisles opposite to each other in order for the viewers to walk into or through. The realization depends on the situation of the space. Each video screen is equipped with proper loud speakers since sound is an essential part of the installation.
